What this site is for
The site describes our services for marketing agencies and lets you request a demo. It is meant for business use by people who are at least 18 and can act for their business.
No offer, no promised results
Content on this site is general information, not an offer that can be accepted. Our services, prices, deliverables and any guarantee apply only as set out in a written agreement signed by both sides. Figures, calculators and examples on this site are illustrations to run with your own numbers. Results described for other businesses are what those businesses achieved and are not a promise of what yours will achieve, which depends on many things outside our control.
Sample data, characters and case studies
Screens and videos on this site use real software with sample data. “Northside Bistro” and other sample clients are fictional, and any resemblance to a real business is coincidental. The robot characters and people shown in our illustrations are illustrations, not real staff. Where a case study withholds a client’s name, it does so at the client’s request or to protect their confidentiality.
AI-assisted work
Our services use AI models and automation set up and supervised by people. AI output can contain mistakes. Under any engagement, your team reviews and approves work before it is published or spends money, as described in our written agreement.
Your information
Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle personal information collected through this site. Please give us accurate information and do not send us anything confidential about your clients through the site’s forms.
Our content
The text, design, videos, illustrations, logos and other content on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages from the site for your own business purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown as tools we work with belong to their owners and do not mean those companies endorse us.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, submit false or someone else’s information, send spam or malicious code, try to get unauthorised access to the site or its systems, or scrape or overload it with automated tools.
Links and third-party services
The site links to and embeds third-party services such as our scheduling calendar and video player. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to CAD $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The version in force when you use the site applies.
